Music serves the people of St. Thomas as we worship, through the creative interaction between Liturgy and Music. Music invites us to worship, nurtures us, and enables us to go forth to be the Body of Christ in the world.
The Music of St. Thomas is provided by our Adult Choir, Children's Choir, Gregorian Chant Choir, Handbell Choir, & Folk Group.
Below please find music videos recorded by Bonnie Harris-Reynolds.
Visiting musicians enhance the music on special worship occasions, such as Easter & Christmas. Guests also provide concerts & recitals outside the worship services in our sanctuary with its beautiful acoustics.
The St. Cecilia Consort is an ensemble of local musicians specializing in Early Music – music from the Middle Ages, Renaissance, and Baroque periods. Both singers and instrumentalists, we seek to bring this enchanting music to life, using the languages and instruments of the times. We love the sounds of the instruments; we delight in the music of the languages, and we are inspired by the varied and rich musical treasures of these periods.
