Holy Hikes Brazos Valley
A Eucharistic hike means that as the group hikes together along the trail, we will stop at points along the way to share the Scripture readings and prayers. The sermon will be a time of silent communion with God in nature. The hike will close with sharing Holy Communion together in the great outdoors. All are welcome to participate in the hike, regardless of church affiliation.
Holy Hikes is an Episcopal ministry found in communities around the United States. To learn more about what Holy Hikes is all about here and elsewhere, check out: https://holyhikes.org/

Earth Day Holy Hikes
This year is the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. Since we cannot gather together for a Holy Hike, Pastor Becky invites you to do a Holy Hike on your own this Saturday. You can do the Holy Hike on your patio, in your backyard, or while walking in your neighborhood. Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer Holy Hikes, PDFs as well as MP4 audio files, are available here (link here). If you end up doing a Holy Hike this week, please take a photo or a video clip and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org She would love to see what Holy Hikes, Home Edition looks like for each of you. (Click here for Morning Prayer. Click here for Evening Prayer.)
I am also including here Dropbox links to MP4 audio files of me reading each of these Holy Hike services if you prefer to listen to the Morning Prayer or Evening Prayer as you go on a walk. Each Holy Hike audio lasts about 25 minutes.
