Youth Development

As expressed through our long history of commitment to children beginning with the Early Learning Center, and extending through Canterbury. We plant the seeds of faith, hope and charity in our children with the prayer that as they scatter in the world, the love and fellowship of the Holy Spirit will be carried forward in miraculous ways and that the Episcopal Church will remain a growing part of their lives.

EYC (Episcopal Youth Community).

This group, for students in 7th through 12th grades, meets Sunday evenings during the school year for worship, dinner and a program. The program throughout the school year includes fellowship, study, and service to the church and community. Friends are always welcome. The typical Sunday schedule is as follows:

The EYC also enjoys special events like lock-ins and concerts, and goes on an annual mission trip [ 2009 Mission Trip ]. All EYC members are encouraged to attend youth events of the Diocese of Texas, such as YES and HAPPENING.
